PBS Group Names Kiran Kerr Head of Regional Marketing and Corporate Affairs
KINGSTON, Jamaica — As part of the continued strengthening of its regional leadership team, PBS Group has appointed Kiran Kerr as Head of Regional Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
In the role, Kerr will lead PBS Group’s regional marketing across the Caribbean with responsibility for corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement and brand positioning. She will also work alongside the Chief Financial Officer on investor relations and corporate affairs strategy across the group.
Kerr joins PBS Group from Digicel Group, where she served as Group Head of Corporate Communications, deputising for the Chief Communications Officer and supporting crisis management and public affairs across the Group’s markets.
Her experience spans corporate communications, consumer and B2B marketing. She previously served as Digicel’s B2B Group Brand Director, leading brand and marketing initiatives across its business and ICT portfolio, and as Group Head of Marketing for Digicel+, where she led brand strategy, campaign development and content partnerships with international providers.
Earlier in her career, Kerr held regional marketing roles based in Jamaica and St. Lucia, with responsibility across 15 markets.
Kerr holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Miami.
Kerr’s appointment is one of several recent additions to PBS Group’s senior leadership team as the company strengthens its management structure to support continued growth across its markets.
Eduardo Rodriguez was appointed PBS Group Chief Financial Officer in June, while Ezequiel Bardas and Stuart Franco joined the leadership team in May as Chief Operating Officer for Latin America and Chief Operating Officer for the Eastern Caribbean, respectively.
Together, the appointments reflect a greater focus on regional collaboration, stronger leadership across markets and positioning the Group for its next phase of growth.
