PBS Group Acquires 70% Stake in TSL Barbados
PBS Group today announced that it has acquired a 70% stake in TSL (Barbados) Ltd., further strengthening the Group’s regional footprint and technology portfolio.
As part of the Group, TSL Barbados will have access to greater regional expertise, resources and technology capabilities, supporting its continued growth. The company will continue to operate under the TSL brand and be led locally, with the Corbin family retaining the remaining 30% stake in the business. As long-standing CEO Peter Corbin retires, Directors Jake Corbin and Luke Corbin will jointly lead the operation. Customers will continue to be supported by the account managers and service teams they know and trust.
